• All parts, accessories, and instructions included

• Photos of the plant showing the issue
• Description of the care you've provided
• Information about the environment (light, humidity, temperature)

2.3 Exclusions

Our plant health guarantee does not cover:

• Damage from improper care or neglect
• Environmental conditions outside our control (extreme temperatures, etc.)
• Natural variations in plant growth patterns
• Normal seasonal changes (leaf drop, dormancy)
• Plants that have been repotted, pruned, or otherwise altered
